After her one-off appearance at Trooping the Colour, we didn’t expect to see Duchess Meghan again so soon!

But as Prince Harry received the Prime Minister of Nepal at his former home of Kensington Palace, royal watchers noticed that the Duchess of Sussex was in the room, though not in the way you may expect.

Sitting on a cabinet behind Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli, you can just see a photo of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan smiling for the camera with the couple’s official monogram emblazoned on the frame and their two signatures underneath.

The Duke of Sussex can be seen in his navy suit-and-tie combo, while the Duchess dressed in a pale blue dress has her hand lovingly placed on his chest.

While we don’t know the date of this snap, we have a strong inkling that it was taken by Harry and Meghan’s wedding photographer Alexi Lubomirski as part of their engagement shoot.

The photo is most likely from their official engagement photo shoot.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this rare photo, however.

When the Queen welcomed the Honorable George Brandis, the Australian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, for a private audience shortly after the royal wedding, eagle-eyed royalists spotted the photo sitting pride of place on a table in her Buckingham Palace living room. Talk about a proud granny!

But royal fans, you’re in luck for this wasn’t the only rare photo of Prince Harry on display.

On the same cabinet, we noticed a rather formal looking black and white portrait of Prince Harry and his older brother Prince William, with a similar frame featuring their individual monograms and signatures at the bottom.

Judging by his clean-shaven face, we don’t think this was a recent photo of the brothers but it certainly puts to rest any rumours of a feud between them.

A smart black and white photo of Prince William and Prince Harry was also spotted.

And if you squint, you can see one more picture that features Prince William and Duchess Catherine taken in 2011.

The photograph of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge is thought to have been taken just weeks before their royal wedding during an engagement at Whitton Park and it’s another snap from the royal archives that we rarely see.

Seeing as the couple resides at Kensington Palace, we figured there would be a few photos of them in the room.

We see you Will and Kate!

The Duke of Sussex’s meeting with the Nepalese prime minister on behalf of the Queen was the first visit to the UK by a Nepali Prime Minister in 19 years. It comes three years after Prince Harry carried out an official tour to the country following the devastating earthquake in 2015.

Prince Harry has had a longtime bond with the country of Nepal and this was evidenced on Sussex Royal’s Instagram with a very adorable photo of a young Harry with one of the Nepalese Ghurka soldiers.

“The Duke of Sussex has had a longstanding connection to The Ghurkas and the people of Nepal beginning at a very young age,” the post read.

“Today His Royal Highness held an audience with Nepal’s Prime Minister, KP Sharma Oli, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen. This is the first visit to the UK by a Nepali Prime Minister in 19 years.”
