There’s no denying Trooping the Colour was a colourful feast for the eyes as the royal family stepped out on June 8.
And while Prince Louis’ gleeful display and Charlotte and George’s tricksy antics from the Buckingham Palace balcony had us revelling, there was another, rather chilling element to the event that fans haven’t been able to stop talking about.
Indeed when a professional lip reader revealed Prince Harry had uttered some very unexpected words to his wife Meghan, who gave birth to their first child Archie little more than a month ago, it would be safe to say fans were completely shocked.
In one of the video clips showing the royal family from the balcony at Buckingham Palace, Meghan is seen turning towards Harry, who, according to the MailOnline’s lip reader, told her: “Yes that’s right”.
Meghan then faces back towards the crowd, before quickly turning back to Harry once again. This time, Harry reportedly told her to “turn around”.
The lipreader’s claim sent the internet abuzz with speculation, with some calling the encounter “chilling”, especially after seeing Meghan’s concerned expression as she turns back to face the crowd.

Now, another lip-reader’s thoughts have come to light on the video.
According to The Sun’s lipreader, Harry said to Meghan: “No he hasn’t. Oh fine. Turn around.”
This seems to be a much more casual way for Harry to word things, and if he did indeed utter the words “turn around”, we can only imagine it was so Meghan didn’t miss the exciting display that was happening before her.
Let’s be honest – going by how excitedly Louis reacted to the spectacle, it would certainly have been a shame for Meghan to miss it!
What’s more, it appears the national anthem immediately started playing as soon as Meghan tried to speak to Harry for the second time, so their apparent “chilling” exchange might have just come down to a case of bad timing.
Speaking on Sunrise, radio host Chris Smith said of the moment: “If you look at the timing, she started to speak the second time as the national anthem just started to play.”
“At the end of the day, it is not a dressing down, they are scrutinised to the ninth degree, unfairly, repeatedly…. Meghan would have done the same thing in reverse.”
As for Harry and Meghan’s tense expressions, some might boil it down to the fact the brand new parents were keen to get back to their newborn son Archie, who was reportedly at the event as well, but hidden away inside the palace.
Putting it simply, we think it quite understandable for parents to be a little on edge being away from their newborn baby, especially when he’s in the same proximity as an event that thousands upon thousands of people have turned out to see.
So with this explanation in mind, we can come to the conclusion that there really is… no firm conclusion.
But with that being said, there’s no doubt Prince Harry and Meghan are proud as punch to be new parents – their adorable new picture they shared of young Archie on Father’s Day is case in point!
