Prince Harry has been crowned the world’s hottest male royal, ahead of Sweden’s Carl Philip, Andrea Casiraghi of Monaco and Prince William.
While the rankings might not have been from the most official source (attractiveness is up to personal taste, so how could they be?) 1,000 women voted to deem 31-year-old heartthrob Harry the most handsome among his blue-blooded counterparts.
In second place was Prince Carl Philip, 37, who is fourth in line to the Swedish throne, third was Andrea Casiraghi, 32, who second in line to the throne of Monaco, and Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, 33, who first in line to the throne of Dubai, came fourth.
Harry’s older brother Prince William was ranked ninth on the list and the only other British royal to be included was 38-year-old Peter Phillips, Princess Anne’s son and the Queen’s oldest grandchild.
The fluffy poll was conducted by Crown Clinic in Manchester, a leading hair transplant centre, and it seems it wasn’t just Harry’s good looks that won the hearts of the ladies.
Single Harry was described as ‘fun’ and a good ambassador for the British royals.
Hair transplant surgeon Asim Shahmalak, who ran the survey, said that it was nice to see the ginger prince take out the handsome title.
“You don’t find many Hollywood leading men who are redheads but Harry shows that it is a very attractive hair colour,” said Dr Shahmalak.
“I think Harry’s whole look has been enhanced by his recent beard which really suits him.”
