Kensington Palace has revealed more details about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s upcoming tour of Canada.
The Kensington Palace Twitter profile announced this week that Kate and Prince William will visit the North American nation from September 24 to 1 October.
During their eight day tour the royal couple will visit Vancouver, Victoria, Bella Bella, Haida Gwaii and Kelowna in British Columbia, followed by Whitehorse and Carcross in Yukon.
So far no mention has been made of whether little Prince George, three, and one-year-old Princess Charlotte will also accompany their parents but it is speculated that confirmation is expected nearer the time.
The full itinerary is as follows:
September 24: Victoria, British Columbia
September 25: Vancouver, British Columbia
September 26: Bella Bella and Great Bear Rainforest, British Columbia
September 27: Kelowna, British Columbia and Whitehorse, Yukon
September 28: Whitehorse and Carcross, Yukon
September 29: Victoria, British Columbia
September 30: Haida Gwaii, British Columbia
October 1: Victoria, British Columbia
The royals announced their plans to tour Canada earlier in the year with a tweet that read: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit Canada this autumn at the invitation of the Canadian Government. TRH hold very happy memories from their last visit to Canada in 2011 – their first overseas tour as a married couple.”

Upon accepting the invitation to visit a spokesperson for the palace told HELLO: “They are really looking forward to seeing other parts of this beautiful country and having the opportunity to meet many more Canadians along the way.”
His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, also commented: “Sharon (his wife) and I will be delighted to welcome Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to Canada.
“Their Royal Tour will take them to the beautiful province of British Columbia and the scenic territory of Yukon. Once again, our true Canadian pride and spirit will shine and be at the very heart of this visit so they can feel at home.”
