Today is Her Majesty’s actual birthday, and to celebrate, the Queen, her family and her guests took to the balconies of Amalienborg Palace to wave to crowds.

Not satisfied with a sparkling gala, and a little balcony waving, the Queen held another dinner to celebrate her big day.

We wonder if there will be any more balls or balconies before the end of the week. And more importantly, we wonder if they’re hung over.

Hundreds of adoring fans turned out to wish Queen Margrethe a happy birthday.

Queen Margrethe was surrounded by her family to celebrate her big day.
