While she may have a drool-worthy designer closet, the Duchess of Cambridge isn’t afraid to hit rewind on her wardrobe and wear her favourite outfits more than once.

During her tour Down Under the stylish royal has debuted an array of elegant ensembles – think the gorgeous yellow Roksanda Ilincic shift – as well as some familiar frocks, including yesterday’s 50’s inspired Hobbs dress and woven belt.

The Queen-to-be was previously photographed donning the outback outfit – sling back wedges and all – on a visit to Bacon’s College in London on July 26, 2012.

While you might not expect a royal to be a repeat outfit offender, the down-to-earth Duchess loves to get a lot of wear out of her wardrobe.

Kate’s outfit yesterday had already been worn in 2012.

The Duchess stepped off the plane yesterday wearing a flattering mushroom Roksanda Ilincic dress. While it was not the same dress, the royal sported the exact same designer cut in light lilac for an event at the Royal Academy in 2012.

Catherine wore a cerulean Stella McCartney frock for her arrival in the nation’s capital on Sunday. She wore the blue frock again in August to the London 2012 Games.

The Duchess wore this familiar lace Temperley London dress with a bright-red clutch for a dinner at her alma mater, the University of St Andrews last year, but she first debuted the gown almost two years ago at the War Horse U.K. premiere. She added a black velvet clutch to match the waistband.

The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted wearing the same pale pink Emilia Wickstead coat dress twice in just 11 days in 2012. She first wore the frock at a luncheon at Windsor Castle, before recycling it for a tea party at Buckingham Palace.

Kate wore her black and white spotted Topshop dress and black blazer ensemble twice during her pregnancy.
