A new apartment is hitting all the right notes for Australian Idol co-host and Nova FM presenter Ricki-Lee Coulter.
Her new Sydney abode, which she shares with husband Richard Harrison, also comes with a famous new neighbour – Delta Goodrem!
The two songbirds could be sharing cups of sugar in no time after Ricki-Lee, 38, and Richard made the move to the fringes of the CBD following the sale of their $2.485 million Avalon Beach home.
Announcing the move with a picture on Instagram, Ricki-Lee shared a snap of her cosied up on her custom couch, taking in her stunning view of the cityscape.
The spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment overlooks Hyde Park and Sydney Harbour.
And, according to previous listings, the swanky digs last sold for $4.48 million in 2013, before recently being marketed at $4000 a week as a luxury rental.
The new posh pad is in the same building that Innocent Eyes singer Delta, 39, bought back in late 2018, so it’s only a matter of time before the pair inevitably cross paths in the lift!
The shared facilities in the 87-unit complex boast wine storage, a 20-metre lap pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam room and even a 24-hour concierge. Home, sweet home indeed ladies!
