Actress Reese Witherspoon, 48, is America’s southern sweetheart who loves her kids and a good book. However, now it’s her love life that’s the real page turner.
Reese was recently spotted in New York City with a new man – just one year after her divorce from second husband Jim Toth.
The mystery man that seems to be giving The Morning Show actress heart eyes is German finance man Oliver Haarmann, 56. Oliver is a founding partner at Searchlight Capital Partners, a private investment firm with more than AU$15.27 billion under management.
An academic, he received a BA in both international relations and history from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

The two were seen out in New York several times last week. Reese smiled as she hopped out of a helicopter with her date after a getaway together, before they arrived at an apartment in the Big Apple.
The mum-of-three and her new man were later seen on their way to a dinner date in the city.
Is he just a fling or the real thing? According to her friends, Reese wouldn’t be seen out and about with a love interest until “she feels he’s a keeper”.
An insider tells Woman’s Day, “Things are getting serious between Reese and Oliver. They’ve been secretly dating most of this year.”
The insider says she’s “found her intellectual equal in Oliver”, adding, “They have many things in common, especially art.”
In real life, the Legally Blonde actress hasn’t always gotten her ‘happily ever after’ like she has in many of the movies she’s starred in.

Clueless star Jeremy Sisto revealed during a 2015 Reddit AMA that he and Reese dated in the early ‘90s before she fell for Ryan.

She met then Hollywood-hunk Ryan Phillippe at her 21st birthday party in 1997, and the two heated up our screens two years later in Cruel Intentions. They later went on to marry and have two beautiful children – Ava, born in 1999 and Deacon, born in 2003.
