Prince Charles and Prince Andrew are reportedly in the middle of a right royal fight over Princesses Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
According to a new report from the UK’s Sunday Express, the father of the two Princesses had sought permission for his daughters to be given full-time royal roles just like their cousins Prince William, and Prince Harry, but that has been firmly blocked by Prince Charles.
The 56-year-old Prince had also sought larger living quarters in Kensington Palace for Eugenie and Beatrice.
Andrew had reportedly addressed the issues directly to Queen Elizabeth, but she passed the responsibility on to Prince Charles to make the call.
But Prince Charles reportedly blocked the request.
Prince Andrew is not impressed his girls are being overshadowed.
He apparently fears that dwindling royal funds would be even more stretched, and that having so many fully funded royals would look bad for him when he becomes king.
According to the report, Prince Andrew is trying to bring his daughters out of the shadow of popular royals William, Harry and Duchess Catherine.

Queen Elizabeth may have to step in.
“He’s long argued that as the only ‘blood princesses’ in the family, that Beatrice and Eugenie deserve proper royal roles like their cousins, along with the same standard of accommodation at Kensington Palace,” the source explained to the publication.
But now the Queen may be forced to step in, as Prince Charles blocking the move has reportedly not been well received by his brother.
Prince Charles is already concerned with how the public see him.
“The Prince of Wales is already conscious that he divides opinion more than his mother,” an insider revealed to the paper.
“The last thing he wants is additional criticism by keeping peripheral royals on the public payroll.”
Buckingham Palace has yet to comment on the issue.
