Crown Princess Mary has filmed a new movie sequence for a special cause in post-lockdown Denmark โ€“ and thereโ€™s a reason why itโ€™s mesmerised fans from start to finish.

The formidable royal, who grew up in Tasmania before she married Crown Prince Frederik in 2004, has come a long way since her days as a real estate agent in the tiny Aussie state.

The mini movie is case in point โ€“ the royal is completely at ease, speaking fluent Danish as she shines a light on a worthy cause.

In the new clip shared to the Danish Royal Palaceโ€™s official Instagram account, Mary speaks about a new campaign launched by her eponymous charitable entity, The Mary Foundation.

Focusing on loneliness among young people, the caption roughly translates to: โ€œMore and more people are saying they feel lonely, and the latest figures in an analysis by [the Mary Foundation] show that 12% of young people aged 16-24 are seriously lonely.โฃโ€

As a result of these worrying statistics, the Princess filmed the new movie about why itโ€™s important to do something about loneliness.

โ€œThe purpose of the campaign is to break the taboo of loneliness and encourage young people to reach out to one another,โ€ the caption explained.

Wearing a crisp white shirt and black trousers, she is utterly radiant on camera.

Fans were clearly impressed with her poise and elegance, with one writing in the comments: โ€œIโ€™m AMAZED at her achievements and how she has mastered this language [Danish].โ€

Another said: โ€œ[I] am in awe of Princess Mary and how far she has achieved, and just love listening to how well she speaks Danish.โ€

We wholeheartedly agree โ€“ the Princess continues to be an incredible role model and leader in Denmark โ€“ and across the world.

The Crown Princess and her family of six, with children Prince Christian, 14, Princess Isabella, 12, and twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, both nine, filmed another video back in May amidst the COVID-19 lockdown, where they shared their thanks to the people on the frontline, including doctors, nurses and volunteers as they tirelessly help those suffering from the deadly virus.

Mary speaks beautiful, fluent Danish alongside her family in the clip, which shows another side to the royal family.

At one point, young Prince Vincent makes the family laugh as he shares his own insight, where he refers to their required home schooling, which he finds very boring!

The royal family have since emerged from lockdown and returned to some of their normal duties, though they continue to abide by the loosened restrictions.

Maryโ€™s new campaign is one of many she continues to work on with the Mary Foundation.

Recently, sheโ€™s also helped deliver some incredible resources and campaigns to aid female education in third world countries, something sheโ€™s particularly passionate about.

In May, the Palace shared a statement written by Mary herself, who said: โ€œEducation is the way to a better future for everyone.โ€

โ€œFor girls, education specifically means that they have a greater chance of lifting themselves out of poverty, that they marry later, that they have fewer and healthier children, and that they have financial freedom and can contribute to society.โ€

We certainly look forward to seeing and supporting Maryโ€™s work in this space as she continues to pave out an influential path as a royal.
