The 43-year-old was giving a speech at a library in Odense, Denmark, when a man in the audience couldn’t contain himself, so to speak.
The incident resulted in the room breaking out in laughter with Princess Mary quickly joking in Danish, “It’s like what happens at home for me when I try to tell someone something!”
The funny moment was of course captured on camera, by a Danish journalist from Her & Nu (Here and Now) with the Danish public loving their quick-witted future queen for making light of the potentially awkward moment.
“Silence was interrupted when one of the students escaped what one may describe as a moderate wind,” a Google translation of the Danish publication reported.
The Tasmanian-native was at the library to encourage the children of Denmark to read more.
Mary looked stunning dressed in pretty navy skirt, matched with a long sleeve white top.
Things have been especially busy for the mother-of-four with all her royal commitments, taking Isabella to her first royal engagement, where the pair christened a boat named after Isabella.
Mary also attended the Swedish wedding with her husband Fred and Queen Margrethe and most recently she was giggles galore during an appearance at a Danish beach in support of the Danish Swimming Federation.
