Princess Eugenie has given fans a final glimpse of her maternity fashion just in time for Christmas in a rare new video – and her unique choice in outfit has us sitting up and taking notice.
In a video posted to Instagram, the Princess spoke about her Anti-Slavery Collective, joining her co-founder Julia de Boinville as they wished their charity’s followers and supporters a Merry Christmas.
Sitting in front of a festive background including a Christmas tree, Eugenie was glowing into the camera wearing a tartan pinafore.
The video, shared to the Anti Slavery Collective’s official Instagram page included the caption: “The Anti-Slavery Collective Co-founders, HRH Princess Eugenie and Julia de Boinville, would like to wish everyone a very happy holiday season!”
The post continued: “This year has been especially difficult for so many families, businesses, and organisations. We know that in times of emergency, exploitation increases. COVID-19 has created many challenges for victims and survivors of modern slavery, while amplifying the vulnerabilities of those most at-risk.”
The inspiring twosome concluded: “We are so proud of all the work that’s been done in the anti-slavery movement this year and look forward to what 2021 has to bring.”
Eugenie is expected to welcome her first child with husband Jack Brooksbank in early 2021.
While the COVID restrictions have mean we’ve seen little of the royal’s blossoming bump, it’s been a treat all the same to catch a glimpse of her maternity fashion choices from her video snippets.

Eugenie spent time working with volunteers to hand out food in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, and in the image, Eugenie is seen wear a facemask and sporting a popped baby bump.

It is, after all, their final Christmas with just the two of them.
