At just four days old the world’s newest Princess, Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge made her first of no doubt many trips.
The growing family were spotted in their black Range Rover leaving Kensington Palace on Wednesday.
William was driving while Catherine was still sporting her breath-taking pregnancy glow in the passenger seat. The 33-year-old cut a casual figure wearing her brunette tresses swept back into a low pony tail and a printed scarf wrapped around her neck.
But before the Duke drove his family away, proud grandfather Prince Charles popped by for another visit.
Charles, who recently confessed he was “hoping it will be a girl this time,” is thrilled to be a grandfather again and it seems he can’t get enough bonding time with the little girl.

Princess Charlotte and her big brother George will be spending most of the summer months at the country home on the outskirts of the Queen’s Sandringham estate.
The Duchess’ mother Carole is also believed to be moving in to help out with the kids.
Catherine grew up in the small village of Bucklebury in West Berkshire and is keen to emulate that country life-style upbringing with her children.
Their home Anmer Hall was presented as a gift by William’s Grandmother, the Queen. The residence boasts 10 bedrooms, a conservatory a large swimming pool and plenty of privacy.
It underwent a $2.5 million dollar refurbishment in 2013, paid for entirely by private royal funds to ensure the Duke and Duchess have a suitable home to raise their young family.
