It seems like Meghan Markle and Duchess Catherine’s famous beaus skipped the festivities but were in fine form earlier that evening as they made their dazzling red carpet appearance.

But that didn’t stop the film’s cast including Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver and John Boyega from boogieing the night away.

Documenting pretty much everything was Nicole Kidman’s real life BFF – Star Wars actress Laura Dern.

The 50-year-old, who shone in her role as Renata in Big Little Lies – earning her an Emmy, portrays Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo in the space franchise.

Posting a series of snaps with her co-stars Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Benicio Del Toro, Oscar Isaac and Gwendoline Christie, Laura also revealed that other A-Listers outside of the franchise scored an invite to the fancy shindig.

Uploading a photo with British actor Andrew Garfield, she penned, “At Kensington Gardens for our after party. With my gorgeous friend and mentor, Andrew.”

Other celebrities spotted at the event included comedian Keith Lemon, model Myleene Klass and singer Rita Ora, who recently tried her hand at acting with the 50 Shades trilogy, and one very awkward Voice audition.

Princes Harry and William had a blast stepping out on the red carpet, catching up with the Star Wars gang.

The brothers star as Stormtroopers in a scene with John Boyega and Benicio Del Toro.

The banter didn’t stop there.

In a touching moment, the brothers were given their own Stormtrooper helmets by Lily Chambers, 12, and Eloisa Lerner, eight.

We can’t wait to see Prince Harry and his acting chops!

The siblings got along swimmingly as they chatted to Hollywood royalty, Luke Skywalker aka actor Mark Hamill.

Mark shared that he question the future King and his royal brother whether his character was technically royalty.

“I used the opportunity to try and solve something that had been bothering me since Return of the Jedi,” he said.

“They told me that Carrie [Fisher] and I were brother and sister, I said ‘Wait a minute, if Luke is Princess Leia’s brother doesn’t that make me royalty?’

“But [Carrie] said, ‘No!’ so I told that I was only asking. So when I met the princes I said, ‘I really want your opinion on this, my mother was Queen Amidala, my father is Lord Vader, my sister is Princess Leia, doesn’t that make me royalty?'”

Sadly, despite being of royal lineage, Harry and Wills weren’t able to help out.

“Unfortunately there was a split decision because William said yes, Harry said ‘I need more information’, I said, ‘Darn it’.”

He added, “I need the information to rub it in Carrie’s nose. It’s been going on for forty years.”
