From banana bread to spicy soup, the Royals certainly know how to cook up a decent feast!
Indeed, when Duchess Meghan made banana bread for locals in Dubbo back in October, mass hysteria ensued. Now Duchess Catherine and Prince William have followed suit by helping to cook up a storm for the homeless.
The parents-of-three stepped out in South Yorkshire on Wednesday to visit a charity for homeless young people named Centrepoint.
And while formalities are part and parcel to any royal engagement, the Prince and Duchess quickly looked at home as they got stuck into things helping staff prepare a feast in the kitchen.

With a red pepper and chorizo soup along with some sliced bread on the menu, Wills and Kate looked relaxed and at ease as they shared in friendly banter and joked with those at the engagement.
According to People, Kate, who looked stunning in a blue Eponine coat dress, was a slightly nervous bread slicer, telling onlookers: “Don’t look at how evenly I cut it.”
And as they sat down for their meal, the Duchess told guests “I think I cut some rather big slices.” Not missing a beat, William humorously responded “Don’t be put off by the size of Catherine’s bread. They’re enough to wedge the door.”

The Prince was all smiles as he joked with a women sitting next to him at the dinner table. Discussing the formal way to address royals, usually as ‘Your Royal Highness’, the Prince seemed amused by the formality.
According to Hello! the woman said William “just laughed about it. He said something about updating it. He was wonderful, easy to talk to.”
In true Kate fashion, her gorgeous coat dress was another recycled look, with the Duchess having worn it for an event in 2017.
This also wasn’t the only engagement where Kate and Wills have shared some friendly teasing of late. In October, the pair attended the Global Ministerial Mental Health Summit in London, where they were unexpectedly asked to paint on a canvas.
Wills quickly suggested Kate go first saying, “She’s the arty one”.
Brave Kate then stepped forward and painted a small stroke on a canvas depicting a person.
“Fine?” she asked a guest.
Wills was quick to respond: “It’s almost ruined the picture!” causing everyone, Kate included, to laugh.

There’s no denying it’s a busy time of year for the Royals. Following the event at Centrepoint on Wednesday, the couple headed to Prince Charles’ 70th Birthday celebration, hosted by The Queen at Buckingham Palace.
And never shying away from making a statement, the pair flew back to London via a helicopter for the big event!
Quickly scrubbing up for the festivities, Kate looked dazzling with her hair in an up-do, complimented by some bejewelled earrings as she was driven by William into the Palace. The Prince also looked dapper in a black suit.
Meanwhile Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan, who have just finished their royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga also dressed to the nines, with pregnant Meghan donning some beautiful sparkling earrings and wearing her hair in an up-do.
The dinner was attended by a number of royals from near and far, including the newly married Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, as well as Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederick of Denmark.
