Kensington Palace has confirmed that the Duke of Cambridge will make his first official appearance since his daughter’s birth, on May 18th.
William will go to Switzerland this Monday for a United for Wildlife event, an organisation he set up in 2013.
The father-of two will then return to the UK to head to St George’s Park in Staffordshire on May 20th, where he will meet the England Women football team in his role as President of the Football Association.
The sporting team will leave on the 25th of May, as they currently are preparing to compete in Canada at the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015.
William may be the future king of England but he is also an avid Aston Villa enthusiast, and no doubt will be a huge support for the girls before they jet off to compete.
During his visit, the Prince will meet with the head coach, Mark Sampson, team player, Fara Williams, who is patron of the Homeless FA and the head of Homeless FA Gareth Parker.
Prince William is a patron of the charity, which is part of Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity.
It is dear to the 32-year-old’s heart, William was fortunate enough to open the facility with his wife, Duchess Catherine, back in 2012.
Catherine is not expected to join William as she is recouping from giving birth to her second child on May 2nd, and is bonding with Charlotte and her eldest, George, at Anmer Hall.
