Prince Harry was appointed to a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order by his grandmother today, and what a reception it would have been.

“The Queen has been pleased to make the following appointment to the Royal Victorian Order,” read an official statement.

“To be a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (KCVO), HRH Prince Henry of Wales.”

The Prince has recently retired from his services in the army with his one month detachment with the Australian Armed Defence Force seen as the finale.
