Harry prides himself for being the People’s Prince, and his recent visit to Lancashire showed everyone how much he’s like his nurturing mother Princess Diana.

On Monday Prince Harry visited the town, which in 2015 had been ravaged by floods following Storm Desmond.

During his time at Lancashire, the British Royal attended events focusing on his philanthropic ventures for veterans, conservation, and mental well-being.

Say cheese!

A fist bump is the new official royal hello.

The 33-year-old kicked off the day at Veterans UK in Norcross to mark the 25th anniversary of the helpline service.

The 24-hour helpline provides welfare support for ex-service personnel and their families, working in partnership with charities and support networks, and receives hundreds of calls daily.

The former Captain Wales chatted to the staff, thanking them for their “amazing work”.

66-year-old Stephen Flaherty, who is a Retired RAF worker and on a disabled war pension, called the Prince a pure “delight.”

After meeting the royal he told the UK’s Telegraph: “He has a very detailed knowledge of an awful lot, without a shadow of a doubt. A very caring person.”

From handshakes to high-fives, Harry was a hit!

One royal fan gives the prince a gift.

But it was Harry’s heartwarming reunion with 99-year-old Winnie Hodson that was the real highlight.

Harry was reunited with the proud Lancashire resident as he reopened a village hall at St. Michael’s on Wyre.

Harry, who went to area last February to see the aftermath of the floods, still remembered the 99-year-old fondly.

Her 77-year-old daughter Winnie said, “He remembered her from last time. He was asking how we were and about the floods.”

The reserve focuses on helping kids to take an interest in environmental activities.

The 33-year-old looked completely in his element as he helped set up a campfire but the royal shared a shocking piece of information.

While he may act like the sweetest marshmallow… Prince Harry has never toasted the camp-side delight.

“I’ve never toasted marshmallows over a campfire. They’re too sweet for me,” he said.

“But I’ve made campfires and slept under the stars more than I’ve slept in a bed.”

Drum roll for Nature Harry!

The royal loves the outdoors.
