He asks anyone running the London Marathon next year, who is still undecided on who to run for, to back mental health charities.

“Congratulations if you’ve got a place in the Virgin Money London Marathon,” Harry opens the video.

“I hope the first-timers amongst you are more excited than scared!”

He then goes on to invite runners to join the royals’ team: “William, Catherine and I would like to invite you to run with Heads Together… Together, we can start the biggest ever national movement to end stigma on mental health and change the conversation for everyone.”

Of course, it wouldn’t be a cameo from Prince Harry without a cheeky moment, and the royal did us proud!

The video ends with Harry donning a blue headband and descending into fits of giggles.

Heads Together is the charity of the year for the 2017 London Marathon. The campaign aims to change the UK’s conversation on mental well being in partnership with various mental health charities including Place 2 Be of which the Duchess is patron.

Leading the campaign will be the biggest single project that Harry, William and Catherine have undertaken together.

Just last week, the trio united in London to support World Mental Health Day, and marked the calendar date by taking a ride on the London Eye while listening to young people recounting their experiences with psychological issues.
