In the royal households across Europe, there are quite a few siblings similar to George and the future baby – all with less than two years age difference between them. From Prince William and Harry to Princess Mary of Denmark’s brood to the Monaco royals.
Clearly, their royal parents were being quite canny when they let their families form that way. It must be hard after all, to make friends when you’re growing up royal! There would be few other children who could relate to the unique situation that you find yourself in, growing up in the public spotlight.
So who better to hang out with than your fellow royal sibling? That is no doubt why so many royal siblings grow up as such close pals.
