Jeff Goldblum just can’t stay away from dinosaurs. Jeff, who co-starred in the original Jurassic Park (1993) and 1997’s The Lost World: Jurassic Park, is returning once more for the upcoming Jurassic World sequel.
While we’re thrilled to have him back on board, it’s clear his character Dr. Ian Malcolm has a legitimate death wish. Dr Malcolm barely survived his previous adventures in Jurassic Park, so here’s hoping he’s got nine lives – or at least three.
Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Justice Smith, James Cromwell and Toby Jones are also returning for the follow-up, which will be directed by J.A. Bayona. Steven Spielberg is also on board as executive producer.
While the film isn’t set for release until June, 22, 2018, we’re looking forward to seeing Jeff in Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok alongside Chris Hemsworth which hits cinemas in November this year.
However, some lucky Sydneysiders spotted Jeff in Circular Quay yesterday selling hot dogs from his pop-up food truck called Chef Golblum – it’s just so perfect!
The actor chatted with fans and posed for numerous selfies. His appearance as “Chef Goldblum” is rather out of the blue.
“It’s a mystery that I can’t divulge, but I’m filming something here that has something to do with food,” Jeff told Triple M.
We like food and Jeff Goldblum, so whatever he’s up to, we have a feeling it’s going to be good.
