Duchess Meghan is well and truly taking this royal tour in her stride.
Being in front of thousands of people each day, shaking the hands of hundreds of adoring fans and engaging in conversation with dozens of dignitaries would take its toll on anyone, not to mention a pregnant 37-year-old.
But following reports that Meghan would be cutting back on the royal tour’s hectic schedule, it looks like she’s powering through, with a royal source revealing she will return to her duties as planned for the remainder of the tour.

The royal source told Hello! that Meghan is in good health.
“She is not sick or exhausted and is feeling fine,” the source revealed.
That’s not to say the Duchess isn’t looking after herself. She certainly slowed down as the first week of her royal tour with Prince Harry came to a close, pulling out of an awards ceremony on Sunday morning.
We couldn’t blame her – the pair had a late night on Saturday with a heavily delayed Invictus Games opening ceremony running past 10pm.
Harry is said to have encouraged Meghan to slow down a little, and told athletes at the following morning’s event that “pregnancy takes its toll”.
On Monday, The Duke and Duchess headed to Queensland’s Fraser Island where Harry attended two engagements solo while the Duchess stepped back.
According to Hello! Meghan was advised not to attend these engagements as the bumpy path leading to the event locations might have made her feel sick.
But Meghan couldn’t have looked further from feeling sick as she stepped out later that day with her husband (looking as chic as ever in a Reformation maxi-dress) at Kingfisher Bay.

The source revealed Meghan’s absences had nothing to do with her pregnancy, and that she was simply “preparing for the coming days of the tour while the Duke was out on duty”.
With the pair taking part in 76 engagements over their 16-day tour, it’s no wonder the Duchess required some recon time.
On Tuesday, the royal couple are travelling to Fiji where they will spend three days taking part in formal and public engagements.

But the visit hasn’t come without its risks – former Fiji foreign affairs secretary Robin Nair told the ABC that the visit was inappropriate due to an election soon to be held in the country.
“It’s not the right timing,” he said.
“I would have thought the British High Commission in Suva would have advised the Commonwealth office in London about the forthcoming elections and the environment in which the elections are taking place.”
He believed the Fijian Government and the current Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama would take advantage of the opportunity to be seen with Harry and Meghan which would show him favourably to voters.
However a statement to the ABC stated that the royal visit was non-political and would “support bilateral relations between the two countries”.

Meanwhile, royal watchers were also concerned about the newlywed’s trip to Fiji due to the presence of the Zika virus in the country.
The virus is transmitted via mosquito and can be passed from a pregnant woman to her unborn child.
Despite this, the couple are moving forwards with the visit.
The will arrive in Fiji on Tuesday where they will be greeted with a guard of honour at the airport before attending an official welcome ceremony at Albert Park on Tuesday night.
