The pregnant princess is devastated over Frederik rekindling an old flame.
Princess Mary was reportedly reduced to tears over Prince Frederik’s emotional meeting with one of his former flames.
It’s rumoured that pregnant Mary broke down after Fred’s reunion with ex-girlfriend Marie Montell at a recent charity event.
While the Crown Prince was happy for the media to cover the National Charity Day benefit, he banned photographers from capturing his warm embrace with singer Marie.
“They were genuinely excited to see each other,” says a source. “The chemistry was still there.”
Prior to his marriage to Mary, Marie was considered “the one that got away”, having broken Fred’s heart when she ended their two-year relationship.
