Duchess Catherine is no stranger to design and attention to detail, which is why her visit to the V&A in London on Wednesday was rather fitting.
And after a year in lockdown, the Duchess went all out in a stunning new dress – her eye for design loud and clear.
The Duchess first visited the V&A museum’s Raphael Court, which has just reopened following a nine-month refurbishment.
As she looked at some of the incredible tapestry designs created by the talented artist, all eyes were on the Duchess – in particular, her outfit.

Kate wore a beautiful midi length red dress by Alessandra Rich which featured a houndstooth print.
For her accessories, she added some gorgeous golden earrings by And Other Stories, as well as some chic pumps by Jennifer Chamandi.
Leaving her hair loose, Kate’s iconic brunette locks were looking sleeker than ever.

During Kate’s next stop, she visited the Alice: Curiouser and Curiouser exhibition, which features years of objects spanning film, fashion, design and performance.
She also spoke with museum staff about their experiences throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and it’s effect on the museum industry.
Kate enjoyed surveying some of the stunning artworks from the museum’s collection.
