Duchess Catherine and Prince William marked a special anniversary milestone over the weekend – exactly 12 months since their Pakistan tour.
If you cast your minds back, you’ll likely remember how special this tour was – loaded with colourful events, beautiful anecdotes and, naturally, Kate’s particularly on point wardrobe.
Now, as the pair mark a full 12 months since that beautiful trip (seriously, where has the time gone?!), the pair made a special call to children from the SOS Children’s Village and pupils from Islamabad Model College for Girls, both of which are located in Pakistan.
New footage from the royals’ official Instagram account shows Kate and Wills playing a game of virtual pictionary with the students.
In the hilarious clip, the Duke and Duchess are tested as they attempt to guess some of the drawings made by students.
William correctly guessed the first drawing as a ‘birthday’, to which a slightly bemused looking Kate replied: “Very good. That’s a really hard one.”
Kate and Wills partook in a fun game of Pictionary with their friends from Pakistan.

To which Kate smiled and amicably replied: “You don’t practice enough.”
Catherine and Wills shared some funny anecdotes in the rare footage.

Hearing how the children had got on throughout the COVID-19 crisis, William and Kate discussed how WhatsApp and other virtual programs had helped.
The pair have been keeping busy since they moved back to London after spending lockdown at their country residence Anmer Hall in Norfolk for the better part of this year.
It appears their latest video call was held at the Kensington Palace home, where they are currently residing as they continue fulfil their senior royal duties.
And while they can’t travel too far just now, we’ve no doubt they’ll be back in Pakistan and other countries again before long.
