Duchess Catherine kicked off her working week in the UK with a surprise for unsuspecting school children… but also for her fashion followers around the world.
Yes, the woman who is well known for her signature skinny jeans appears to have graduated to a more, shall we say, 2021 fit of denim – and her surprise appearance was all the more glorious for it.
On Tuesday, June 22, Kate stepped out in London’s South Kensington where she visited the Natural History Museum.
There, she learned how the Museum’s new Urban Nature Project will help people reconnect with the natural world and help find solutions for its future.
She joined school children who were taking part in nature activities in the museum’s Wildlife Garden.
Always dressed for the part, the Duchess opted for a casual, yet chic ensemble consisting blue jeans from & Other Stories, a peach pink jacket by Chloe and her favourite Veja sneakers.
She left her hair in loose waves and added a golden necklace and earrings.
During the event, the Duchess managed to surprise us all with something else – a gift from her country home.
It is understood the Duchess spent the weekend at Anmer Hall, which is located in Sandringham, along with her husband Prince William and three kids George, Charlotte and Louis.
And back in London on Tuesday, Kate brought a taste test of some homemade honey – straight from Anmer Hall.
Indeed, the event was full of wholesome surprises. And if her glorious dressed-down outfit was your favourite, then look no further.
We took it upon ourselves to recreate the style for a smidgen less than a royal budget. Keep scrolling to shop Kate’s look affordably.
