Jennifer Aniston says when it comes to marriage and babies she doesn’t have a check list.

The 45-year-old actress, who is engaged to hunky actor Justin Theroux, opened up about motherhood and the constant day-to-day pressures of being a childfree woman.

Chatting with US show Today, the former Friends star voiced her frustration at those people who think that her “value as a woman” is defined by whether or not she is married or has offspring.

“I don’t have this sort of checklist of things that have to be done, and if they’re not checked, then I’ve failed some part of my feminism or my value as a woman because I haven’t birthed a child,” she said.

“I’ve birthed a lot of things and feel like I’ve mothered many things, and I don’t think it’s fair to put that pressure on people.”

Jen, who was slammed back in 2010 for saying that woman “don’t have to settle with a man to just have that child,” while promoting her romantic comedy The Switch, also went on to express further frustrations over the never-ending interest in her personal life.

“It is such an issue of, like, ‘Are you married yet? Are you going to have your babies yet?’ It’s just constant. It’s like, I don’t know!” said Jennifer.

And while Justin, 43, and Jen are yet to set a date for their wedding, the pair are continuing to enjoy life as an engaged couple and recently jetted off to Bora Bora to celebrate Justin’s birthday and the two year anniversary since their engagement.
