Over the course of the 33 years itโ€™s been on our screens, the not-so-sleepy town of Summer Bay has seen it all. From fires to floods, kidnappings to car crashes.

And this week on Home And Away, there was yet another explosive drama causing shock waves.

When Ryder, played by Lukas Radovich, and Sam Barrettโ€™s character Chloeโ€™s food truck explodes, Summer Bay is rocked by a devastating blast outside the surf club.

In the shocking scene, fans can see bodies lying strewn, bloodied and covered in black dirt.

Some characters are suspicious that the food truck explodes because of an act of sabotage, and a fired-up Ryder accuses Salt owner Mac, played by Emily Weir, of carrying out the devastation.

Sam Frostโ€™s character Jasmine is also caught up in the dangerous blast, and speaking with TV WEEK, she revealed things arenโ€™t looking too good.

โ€œJasmine goes through a lot,โ€ the actor explained of the aftermath of the explosion.

โ€œShe is in hospital for a while, and itโ€™s a bit touch and go,โ€ Sam explained.

Fans of the show will have to wait to see how the events play out, but until then, Sam and her castmates have shared some graphic and bloody behind-the-scenes moments from the explosion shoot.
