The picturesque Blue Mountains west of Sydney have enticed visitors from all over the world.

Now, Home And Away is joining the list for a special on-location episode.

The story follows Bella (Courtney Miller) and Nikau’s (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) fleeing Summer Bay and going on the run – to evade the police and foil a search by Ari (Rob Kipa-Williams), Tane (Ethan Browne) and Mackenzie (Emily Weir).

“Filming in the mountains felt like our own little movie,” Courtney tells TV WEEK.

“The story of Nikau and Bella in the mountains, despite the events that led them there, is a love story. Battling icy winter winds and long days of filming, the cast and crew created a scenic story of young love, adventure and heartbreak.”
