The world fell in love when our beloved Princess Mary gave birth to her second child, Princess Isabella Henrietta Ingrid Margrethe, in 2007. The little princess inherited her father’s blue eyes and blonde hair, but her mother’s grace and smile and for the first time in 60 years, a Princess was in line for the throne of Denmark.
The little royal, who today turned eight, is big sister to Princess Josephine and Prince Vincent, and is Countess of Monpezat. Like her big brother, Prince Christian, she attends a public school in Gentofte.

Isabella was christened on the 1st of July 2007, ‘Isabella Henrietta Ingrid Margrethe’.
Obviously not too pleased about meeting her grandmother, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark.
But a little more pleased to be with mum, Princess Mary.
