On Monday, the loved-up pair arrived hand-in-hand for the semi-finals of the wheelchair tennis at Nathan Square in Toronto, Canada, to watch Australia take on New Zealand at the 2017 Invictus Games.

This marks their first public event together.

The protective prince kept close to his girlfriend.

The pair arrived for the semi-finals hand-in-hand.

Despite the excitement surrounding their first official outing, Harry and Meghan made a low-key entrance at around 1:55pm local time.

The only clue ahead of time that something big was about to happen was the fact that Prince Harry’s private secretary Ed Lane Fox arrived to the stadium shortly before to prepare two seats.

According to The Daily Mail, he looked rather stressed (we bet).

Dressed down in casual get-up, it was their beaming smiles that did all the taking.

Suits star Meghan, 36, looked effortlessly chic in ripped denim jeans, a white shirt and oversized black sunglasses. She finished off her look win tan flats and a matching leather bag.

Interestingly, the Misha Noonoo blouse Meghan stepped out in is called the Husband Shirt and worth $375.64, perhaps a sign of things to come?

While Harry, 33, rocked his trademark Invictus T-shirt, jeans and trainers.

The royal explained the rules of the game to his partner.

OK, this cuteness is next level.

The proud prince looked thrilled to have his partner by his side and showing her his other love – the Invictus Games.

Once seated in the stadium the pair were in their element as they cheered on the competitors and chatted to each other.

Olivia Kornal, 16, from New Zealand, who was sitting near them and watching her stepfather on the court, told the Daily Mail: “It was amazing, really amazing. They were watching the game and cheering on my stepdad.”

“They kept laughing because the contestants know each other so there was banter between them, they were laughing at that.”

Olivia also revealed Harry was sweetly explaining the rules of wheelchair tennis to Meghan.

“The rules are different to normal tennis as well so they were talking about that. Harry was explaining it to her.”

“They were absolutely lovely, they asked me if I enjoyed the game and who I was cheering on.”

The couple happily chatted with a group of kids sitting next to them.

“We knew he was coming, we’d got told about but we didn’t know about Meghan.”

“It was amazing because I’m a huge Suits fan!”

“I gave them a pin, it was a I Am Kiwi and one of a rugby ball. Harry took them because Meghan had her hands full so he took it for them.”

Look how happy they are together.

Harry was also wearing the matching bracelet he and Meghan have.

Due to the couple not being married (just yet), royal protocol dictates that Meghan couldn’t be seated with Prince Harry in his VIP box, but the star was only a few meters away from her man and joined by her best friend Markus Anderson, who is the mutual mate responsible for introducing them.

Meghan positively beamed with pride when Harry took to the stage to address the crowd with an inspirational speech.

The star’s presence at Harry’s beloved games, which he founded in 2014 for wounded service men and women, is the surest sign yet an engagement is imminent.

It’s also believed Harry introduced Meghan to his granny, Queen Elizabeth, at her summer residence in Balmoral recently.

This is a massive milestone for the pair, who have been dating for just over a year, as it marks their first official outing.

Thumbs up for being in love, right Harry?

They were so happy in each other’s company.

Oh to be a fly on the wall…

Until now, Meghan and Harry have gone to great lengths not be seen together and have only been sighted in public together a few times.

It comes amid the Suits star’s ground-breaking interview with Vanity Fair earlier this month, where she shared fascinating details about her relationship with Prince Harry.

“We’re a couple. We’re in love. I’m sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time,” she told the publication.

Adding: “This is for us. It’s part of what makes it so special, that it’s just ours. But we’re happy. Personally, I love a great love story.”

Royal sources say there’s no way Meghan would have been sanctioned by the palace to do an interview had an engagement not already occurred.

Things we’ve learnt about seeing Harry and Meghan finally together: they make each other smile, a lot! He’s about half a foot taller than her, they look very comfortable together and they really do suit each other.

Now roll on that royal wedding!

“Personally, I love a great love story,” Meghan recently said of their romance.

We can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two.
