It’s never a far jump from reality TV to one of our favourite Australian dramas.
We’ve seen it down with the likes of Bachelor Tim Robards on Neighbours and even Bachelorette Sam Frost on Home And Away.
Sam, who plays Jasmine Delaney on the soap, isn’t the only TV star who’s made the move to Summer Bay.
Farmer Wants A Wife contestant Nikki Warren, 30, has been spending time on set after her short stint in the countryside.
Taking to Instagram the reality star shared a snap with Sam from the Home And Away set.
“I’ve watched Home and Away for many years, and to be selected to do some Extras work is a dream come true. ✨” Nikki wrote.
“I was also lucky to get a photo with this absolute stunner Sam Frost @fro01 💗”
The clinical beauty therapist from New South Wales appeared briefly on the reality dating series, hopeful to find a place on Farmer Alex’s property.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be, and Nicole wasn’t chosen in Alex’s final four to take to the farm.
“This moment was defiantly up there with one of the hardest moments I’ve had to face…” Nikki wrote after being sent home.
“After 12 hour long days of filming, no one was ready and prepared to go home this early. We all wanted to get to know @farmeralexau a little more. 😄”
“But I have no regrets, it was such a great experience and I have made life long friends 💕”
Exactly how big Nikki’s role as an extra on Home And Away will be is still unknown, but we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled.
Meanwhile, Farmer Alex, who went on to find love with his initial runner up, Henrietta is loved up as ever.
After picking Jess in the finale, it was revealed at the reunion episode that things hadn’t worked out with the couple, and instead Alex had since pursued his connection with Henrietta.
“I feel happy and I feel confident again and I haven’t felt like that for a long time. I feel alive again and I’m very lucky,” Alex said of his relationship with Henrietta.
