The Duchess of Cambridge has packed up her son, Prince George, and moved out of the palace after reports of a security breach.
Woman’s Day hears that Catherine and her little boy are currently staying at the Middleton’s estate in the British countryside while police investigate members of the royal family’s protection squad, for alleged criminal behaviour involving deadly weapons.
A spokesperson refused to comment on published reports in every London newspaper that the plain clothed officers, armed with both a machine gun and a semi-automatic handgun had been selling weapons confiscated at Buckingham Palace security checkpoints on eBay.
Woman’s Day also understands that Prince William was absolutely “furious” when he heard the news and being the protective husband and father that he is, decided to pack up his young family until any risk or threat to them is over.

Understandably, Catherine, 31, is said to be very upset because up until now she’d managed to give George, one, a relatively normal childhood.
“What concerns Kate most is that this scandal at Buckingham Palace reveals that, if the reports are true, if some of their staff are prepared to sell these weapons on ebay, it shows they can be bought. The consequences could be horrific,” royal expert Bill Coles told Woman’s Day.
“For Kate, it means she doesn’t know who she can trust – especially when out in the public. George is the centre of her life, and she wants it to be as normal as possible.
