Duchess Catherine has attended a royal engagement in Wales with Prince William where she was seen carefully cradling her baby bump.

Duchess Kate might have been laying low for two months  with hyperemesis gravidarum but now that she’s returned to active duty, she’s paying extra special care with the precious cargo she’s carrying in her belly.

Wearing a soft shade of baby blue, Duchess Catherine kept rugged up warm in a Matthew Williamson coat as she and William toured an oil refinery on the Pembrokeshire coast in Wales.

In spite of the heavy coat though, it was clear for all to see that Catherine’s baby bump has begun to show – with Mum keeping her hands on it at all times, clearly proud to show off the future royal baby.

The royal couple met with workers and apprentices at the refinery, as well as greeting members of the awaiting public outside. They were there to celebrate 50 years since the refinery was first opened by the Queen Mother.

The Welsh countryside of course means a lot to the couple, who spent four years living together in a four bedroom cottage in Anglesey. It is of course also the principality of which Prince William takes his title.

Duchess Catherine kept her hand on her baby bump for much of her visit with Prince William to an oil refinery in Wales.

Although Duchess Catherine wore a heavy baby-blue Matthew Williamson coat, a small but growing bump was clearly visible underneath.

She and Prince William attended the Valero Pembroke refinery as it was celebrating 50 years since it was first opened by the Queen Mother.

The royal couple met with workers and apprentices at the refinery and Duchess Catherine looked positively glowing, clearly having made a full recovery from the hyperemesis gravidarum, or severe morning sickness, that saw her laying low for two months after the pregnancy was first announced.
