Kate was an absolute vision on Wednesday evening when she stepped out in London to present a prestigious award at the Natural History Museum.

Making the short trip from her Kensington Palace home, the brunette beauty arrived in a stunning Barbara Casasola midi dress, valued at just over $4,000.

The daring, off-the-shoulder number clung tightly to the Duchess’ slim figure as she greeted representatives from the five different museums, who were each in the running to receive the £100,000 award.

As patron of the museum, the mother-of-two was met by artists, museum representatives and a slew of around 370 guests, who joined the Duchess for dinner where a giant Diplodocus dinosaur skeleton named ‘Dippy’ acted as a spectacular ice breaker.

It’s no secret that the pretty royal has a passion for art. She graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2005 with a degree in Art History, and of course, it was there that she met her future husband.

Of course, the royal outing wasn’t the first trip Prince Williams’s wife has made to the iconic museum.

In October of 2015, the mother of George, two, and Charlotte, one, swung by the tourist attraction for a day out with her darling son.

The two wandered the Hintze Hall hand-in-hand as they observed the the 292-bone cast of a Diplodocus dinosaur skeleton.

We bet cheeky George can’t wait to show his sister around the tourist attraction!
