Crown Princess Victoria, the heir to the Swedish throne has announced she and her husband Prince Daniel are expecting their second child.
The 38-year-old royal revealed the news over the weekend and is due to give birth in March.
The announcement is hardly a surprise as European media has for months been speculating that the Crown Princess, who last gave birth to her first child, Princess Estelle, Duchess of Östergötland, in 2012, has another arrival on the way.

The new tot will become the third-in-line to the Swedish throne behind his or her mother and older sister Princess Estelle, three.

Victoria and Daniel, a former gym owner and personal trainer, are the darlings of Swedish royalty after their fairytale romance was capped off with a glittering ceremony in 2010.
