Chrishell Stause is one of the newest stars joining Neighbours’ Ramsay Street, but she is no newbie to the screen.
At 42-years-old, Chrishell is an American actress, television personality and real estate agent coming to Erinsborough as Yasmine Shields, a “glamorous and successful businesswoman.”

“I am honoured and excited to join such a beloved and iconic show! Coming from the world of soaps in the U.S., it’s back to my first love in the entertainment industry,” she said in a Ten statement.
“They pitched me an idea for a character, and I was immediately excited to figure out a way to make it happen. Ramsay Street here I come!”
Chrishell began filming in July, with the TV star confirming on Instagram her character would be American given her Aussie accent “needs some work.”
This isn’t Chrishell’s first time acting in a soap after previously acted in The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives and All My Children.

But outside of her soap acting skills, Chrishell is best known for starring in the global hit series, Selling Sunset. It was for this role that Chrishell received an MTV TV & Movie Award for Best Reality Star, listed in Variety’s 40 Most Powerful Women in Reality TV in 2023, and was in the Top 10 Reality Stars of the Year from US Weekly.
Aside from her stellar career, Chrishell has a relatively open personal life. In May 2022, Chrishell confirmed her relationship status with Australian musician, G Flip during Selling Sunsets season five reunion.
However, the couple first met on Halloween in 2021 when they were still with their ex-partners. At the time, Chrishell was dating American actor, Justin Hartley.
“And then, we obviously separated from our partners, and we just started talking and stuff,” G Flip explained on the People Everyday Podcast.
“We just found a lot of similarities, even though people would think we are from like different corners of the world. We find ourselves so similar sometimes.”
A year after officially confirming their relationship status, the pair said ‘I do’ in a Las Vegas wedding chapel surrounded by a “very small group” of friends and family watching on a live stream.
