Zsa Zsa Gabor died on Sunday at the age 99 after reportedly suffering a heart attack, reports TMZ.
It’s believed the Hungarian actress and socialite was rushed from her home to hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after.
Zsa Zsa began her showbiz career after being crowned Miss Hungary in 1936. She and her sister Eva Gabor rose to prominence in the 1930s after conquering the Beverly Hills social scene Zsa Zsa managed to carve out a successful acting career with over 80 TV and movie credits.
As well as her career The Naked Gun 2 1/2 actress was well known for her high profile relationships.
Gabor was married nine times – including a marriage to hotelier Conrad Hilton between 1942-1947 – and she had a hilarious and sassy reputation when it came to her relationships. The old Hollywood star was once famously quoted as saying: “I am a marvelous housekeeper. Every time I leave a man, I keep his house.“
But she did manage to eventually find long-lasting love with husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, whom she married in 1986. He cared for her until her death.
Zsa Zsa had reportedly been in poor health in her final years and would have celebrated her 100th birthday in February.
