The couple have been keeping mum on their exciting news, with E! reporting the couple welcomed their bundle of joy back on November 7th.
The site report that they named him Rufus Emmanuel Lundberg.
Zach and Quinn, who are notoriously private, are already the proud parents to their three-year-old son.
Zach became a household name after his reoccurring role in The Hangover film series alongside Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms
While the pair have never publicly revealed the name of their firstborn, Zack, 47, has spoken about fatherhood.

“I think fatherhood is just the greatest thing, it really really is.”
Zach, who married his wife back in August 2012, also spoke to Conan O’Brien about his favourite role… being a dad.
“I’m strict. He’s 2 and right now I have him on a strict exercise routine. When he gets out of the crib it’s 50 push-ups right away,” he joked to the talkshow host.
“To have a really fit 2-year-old and to show that he can kick other 2-year-old’s butts is really important.”
