RadarOnline reported that the pair have reached a deal to announce their divorce soon.

According to insiders, the duo have “worked out a confidential settlement to protect their $240 million fortune, and prepare their kids [son Jaden, 17, and daughter Willow, 14] for the fallout.”

Before another source added: “They’re already moving on with their lives. All that’s left is the inking of the divorce papers.”

Will and Jada have not been spotted together since March, and earlier this year the mum-of-two hinted to radio shock jock Howard Stern that their relationship may be fractured by revealing, “He’s a grown man, I’m not is watcher!”

Although the Men in Black star shut down the rumours by taking to his Facebook page to explain, “NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! : -)”

He also wrote to his 74 million followers, “Under normal circumstances, I don’t usually respond to foolishness. (Because it’s contagious) But, so many people have extended me their “deepest condolences” that I figured – “What the hell… I can be foolish, too!”

Despite Will being pretty clear about his marital status, it hasn’t stopped him from acting like a single man, making appearances on the nightlife scene and partying at Drake’s concert without his wife, while he mingled and smiled with other guests.

This week Hollywood has been awash with divorce announcements, so it’s a matter of watching this space!
