It’s set to be one of the most glamorous weddings of the year.

Insiders tell Woman's Day James, Erica's ex-husband, wasn't keen to star in Mimi's reality show.

And now a new report from TMZ claims Mariah Carey and James Packer will be saying “I do” on the picturesque island of Barbuda in the Caribbean.

Insiders close to the pair, who announced their engagement back in January, tell the website they hope to tie the knot over the mid-June period.

When it comes to billionaire James, nothing is ever done in halves.

TMZ reports the 48-year-old will marry his popstar fiancée on his private island, which he co-owns with actor Robert De Niro and is worth a cool $250 million.

Not too shabby! With its crystal clear waters and post-card worthy vibes, Barbuda, in the Caribbean, makes for the ideal wedding location.

As it will be both Mimi and James’ third trips down the aisle, the couple are keeping the nuptials subdued.

However, their interpretation of low-key obviously differs greatly to most common folk and it’s believed a handful of close loved ones will be flown into the island on private jets.

Meanwhile as the mother-of-two counts down to her big day, she’s working on an exciting eight-part docu-series with E! called Mariah’s World.

“I’m excited to bring my fans into my life for the next journey I’m about to embark on. I’m already having so much fun with this documentary and I know you will too. There is nothing like capturing these moments,” the Hero hitmaker explained.

It promises to lift the lid on the real Mariah as she “plans her upcoming wedding, juggles her many business ventures and, of course, raises twins Monroe and Moroccan.”

Fingers crossed she lets the cameras roll on her wedding day!

The 45-year-old is about to star in her own TV docu-series aptly named Mariah’s World.
