Meg Ryan has stepped out looking suspiciously wrinkle-free for her 51 years.
She was spotted on the red carpet in Sicily on Thursday with some seriously plump lips and heavy eye make-up.
Meg was in town for the Italian film festival and wore a simple long sleeve black top and a flared mid length skirt.
