The photo Jessica Biel posted on her Instagram account recently has uncovered a trend we didn’t even know was happening. It seems there is a secret society of in-the-shower eaters, and Jessica has given them the chance to come out and be proud.
Here’s what the 34-year-old mum-of-one posted with this challenge to her followers:
“Yes. I eat in the shower. I admit it. Chicken apple sausage and espresso. Try it. I dare you. #ShowerEats.”
Her intriguing post has thrown her 1.8 million followers into a frenzy. Some are delighted – “Damn it! She’s my spirit animal”. Other are disgusted and judgemental – “WASTE. OF. WATER. why do you not support your state during this water shortage?!?”. And a whole lots just love her bathroom design and mosaic tiles.
True, it is an interesting photo to post. And it seems most of her fellow mummy followers totally get it. When you’re flat out raising a child and working, sometimes a mother has got to multitask.

Others shared their own parenting hacks of throwing their kids into the bath or shower and feeding them at the same time (who hasn’t done that!).
