His relationship status was called into question following rumours he was dating his radio co-host Carrie Bickmore.

Any on-looker could notice the bond the pair share, and are well known for their on-air chemistry. The pair met in 2016 when Tommy joined The Project panel, with their hit drive show the Carrie & Tommy radio show launching a year later.
Carrie and Tommy were linked earlier this year.

The pair quietly split sometime in early 2021 after Tommy had unfollowed her social media with The Daily Telegraph reporting he had surfaced on a popular dating app around this time.
Tommy confirmed his relationship with Natalie in April 2020, but rumours the pair were dating ignited in February after Natalie shared a photo of the pair on Instagram.
Prior to Natalie, it was speculated that Tommy had connections with two of The Bachelor contestants from Matt Agnew’s season. While Carrie joked about him being “linked” to them, nothing was confirmed or denied.
