Miranda was 23 and not yet a global household name.
Back then, it seems that 2006 was the year of huge hair and tangerine spray-tans, if Therese’s photo (above) is anything to go by!
The proud mum from Gunnedah in NSW shared the treasured photo on Instagram, nine years on from when her daughter made her debut as the first Australian to represent VS.
“How young do you look here Randamay!” she wrote with the picture, which shows Miranda – or, apparently, Randamay – in a magenta satin bathrobe.
On that night, Miranda took to the catwalk in white lace lingerie, fluffy mittens and a matching hood.
Now 32 and a mum of five-year-old Flynn, Miranda says she looks back on her Victoria’s Secret days with fondness – but admits they are over.
She left the lingerie brand in 2013 and hasn’t looked back since.
“It was such a wonderful experience for me being part of Victoria’s Secret, and they really were such a family,” she told Channel Nine recently.
“I’m embracing the other stage that I’m at in my life.”
