Tom’s court case to prove he’s a good dad backfires as Katie fumes at the invasion of Suri’s privacy and her own.
It has been the most talked about divorce in Hollywood history, plastered across the covers of magazines and newspapers the world over.
But ever since the bombshell announcement that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were splitting first hit the headlines in June last year, both sides have remained steadfastly tight-lipped and done everything they could to keep their bitter battle private. Until now, that is.
In court submissions last week, Tom Cruise, 51, revealed a raft of secrets about his relationship with Katie, 34, and their daughter Suri, 7.
During a sworn deposition, Tom denied that Suri had needed to be saved from Scientology – the controversial cult that he has built his life around – disputing a reportedly major reason that Katie chose to divorce him in the first place.
