Margaret Pomeranz has been reviewing films for more than three decades but not once has she walked out of a movie.
That is, until now.
The flick was Hungarian drama Son of Saul and it premiered at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, picking up the prestigious Grand Prix.
However, it didn’t impress Pomeranz who revealed to news.com.au that she has watched about 200 movies this year!
So what flicks does the former At The Movies host favour?
Re-runs of old favourites.
“There’s too much new stuff,” she says. “Occasionally I’ll look at other stuff again. For example I can see Birdman over and over again.”
The Martian, Sicario and Trainwreck also topped her list this year.
