Back in Sydney last week for a brief reunion with her husband, NRL player Nate Myles, Tessa James should’ve been on top of the world.
But the former Home and Away star, who has been living in LA, was a far cry from her usual smiley self when the couple were spotted on a lunch date in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Tess looked visibly stressed.
As did Nate.
Clearly emotional, Tessa looked to be on the verge of tears as she prepared to say goodbye to Nate for the second time in a month, readying for her flight to London, where she’s been attending press events for Longines watches.
The emotional shots come just two weeks after Woman’s Day revealed Tessa, 25, and Nate, 30, were struggling with the pressures of being apart, as the TV star tries to launch her career in Hollywood.
Tessa wasn’t her usual vibrant self.

“You might think Nate is the tough one, but let me tell you, Tessa is incredibly strong – and I think she is coping with their new life better than Nate,” says a friend.
