She was recently announced as the world’s highest-paid celebrity, but that doesn’t mean Taylor Swift doesn’t have time to spend with some people who really need it.
On Tuesday, Tay-Tay took time out of her Australian holiday with boyfriend Tom Hiddleston to surprise the sick children at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, Queensland.

The children couldn’t believe their eyes when the Shake it Off singer appeared and were overjoyed to spend some time with the pop star.
The 26-year-old performer signed autographs and happily posed for selfies with the kids.
Taylor was very careful to make sure that not even the nurses knew she was coming.
She even treated them to an impromptu singing session, serenading the ill children with a few of her hits.
It’s not the first time a celebrity has paid a visit to Lady Cilento.

Johnny Depp also took time to try to make the children smile dressed as Jack Sparrow when he was in Australia filming the latest Pirates of the Caribbean installment.
Not surprisingly, social media went into meltdown after Tay’s surprise visit.
“Real life angel!” one user tweeted. “Can’t believe she visited the hospital I sometimes have to go to!”
Johnny Depp got into the selfie action while he was at Lady Cilento.
And Taylor followed suit.
But no one looked more pleased than young cancer sufferer Bella, who posted a video of herself taking selfies with the pop starlet on Instagram.
They did several poses to make sure they got the perfect shot, while Taylor snapped away.
The pop star was so pleased she managed the keep the whole thing under wraps.
According to several reports, the visit was initiated at Taylor’s request and was kept under wraps so the patients had no idea.
Not even staff, who were thrilled at the Love Story singer’s appearance, knew she was coming ahead of time.
They were touched when the star presented the staff with a note that said, “Thank you for all the work you do, you are amazing.”
