Naomi Watts looked every part the princess as she stepped out at the world premiere of Diana, one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year.
Wearing a floor-length, figure-hugging white gown the Australian actress walked the red carpet and posed with fans in London’s Leicester Square.
The 44-year-old said the role was one of the scariest she has ever taken on, but that she was intrigued by the role.
“I’m fascinated by women who are complex, full of contradictions, who are fun, intelligent but fragile at the same time,” she said at the event.
Diana will be released in Australia on October 10.
